Most timetables fail because they are built for a perfect student who does not exist. This one is built for a real student with school, coaching and a phone.
The skeleton
5:30 AM wake up — 1.5 hours of fresh-mind study before school (theory subjects). School till 2 PM. 30-minute nap after lunch — non-negotiable, it doubles evening efficiency. Coaching or self-study 4-7 PM. Dinner and family time 7-8:30 PM. Practice-based study 8:30-10:30 PM (numericals, writing practice). Sleep by 11 PM — memory consolidates during sleep, not during all-nighters.
The three rules that make it work
Rule 1: Phone stays outside the study room, always. Rule 2: Study in 50-minute blocks with 10-minute breaks. Rule 3: Sunday morning is for the weekly test; Sunday evening is fully free.
Subject rotation
Never study one subject the whole day. Pair a theory subject with a practice subject daily. Revise yesterday’s topics for the first 15 minutes of every session.
